    In the event that a product that was ordered is out of stock and/or is unable to ship you will be notified via email with your options. If you do not respond to the email we will continue to hold the order and ship the product once it becomes available.

    Guarantee Against Defects

    Most of the Items sold by ComputerStop.com are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for up to 30 days from your original invoice. Due to the policies of the manufacturers we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for Toshiba, IBM (excluding OEM Drives), Compaq and Hitachi Products - please contact these companies directly.

    Returns on Defective Products

    Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (RMA FORM). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number and NO returns will be accepted via COD Please have the following information on hand when calling for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.

    All defective products (except computers, monitors and printers) will be accepted directly by COMPUTERSTOP.COM for credit, exchange or repair, at COMPUTERSTOP.COM's discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

    All defective house-brand (Fusion/Rage/etc.) computers will be accepted directly by COMPUTERSTOP.COM for repair or replacement only, at COMPUTERSTOP.COM's discretion within 1 Year from the invoice date.

    All defective monitors returned after 15 days from the invoice date will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

    Returns on Non-Defective Products

    ComputerStop.com will exchange or return un-opened products, within 30 days from original invoice for a 15% restocking fee.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable.
